My dialogue with my juniors would always come across as arrogance even though my intention would be to give honest feedback. Dr. Paras taught me methods to give feedback without offending and hence bringing out ore creativity.
Interviews would always be extremely stressful as its crucial to find the right kind of employees without being carried away by what is shown by candidates. Dr. Paras’s techniques taught me how to analyse a candidate and decide logically if he/she suites the role.
I quit my previous job as I could not handle sexist comments and misbehaviour of subordinates. But this happens at every workplace. Hence I decided to learn how to deal with it without being bogged down. Dr. Paras’s workshop taught me how to tackle such discomfort and stand up for myself and my rights of being protected at work place.
Anger is dangerous. And I had already experienced the results of losing my cool when it could be avoided. With this workshop I have learnt ways of handling my own self during a fit of rage, helping me avoid getting into controversies.
