Conflicts in every team and company can differ and therefore, there is a need for a different approach at every level. While certain conflicts can be resolved easily, others require exceptional skills. Conflicts arise when there are differences of opinions in the needs and perception between two or more people, between their values, goals, and more. 

Conflicts can also arise between a professional and a customer, between co-workers as well as with one’s own manager. If not managed appropriately, conflicts can result in a negative workplace where corporate relations are damaged and morales are shattered resulting in low-performance levels.
