The most successful people are those with a great combination of skills as well as awareness of their presence and the ability to influence others. A strong corporate presence indicates a leader can easily captivate an audience, get them to sit up and take notice as they resonate with the confidence levels one displays. The most effective leaders have delivered transformational presentations with the art of persuasion. A professional who has a great presence will always leave an echo behind in the room that connects with people even after the interaction is over.

At Matrrix, we aim to train and coach professionals with the highest levels of corporate presence to captivate audiences worldwide. With the Corporate Presence training program, our clients build better relationships at work, making successful decisions along the way while leading, motivating and influencing strong business actions.

METHODOLOGY

The Matrrix Corporate Presence Training program is developed to maximize a client’s personal and professional potential. Our methodologies used a systemized approach. We seek to develop 5 core competencies that bring massive changes to one’s confidence levels. Clients who have undergone the Corporate Presence solutions program at Matrrix have noted behavioral changes with a positive approach in their thinking, feeling, and actions.

The process of learning starts with a pre-assessment program followed by a training program and is concluded with a post-assessment test.

The methodology is based on the Adult learning process, aimed at reinforcement and retention of learnings such as coach-led discussions, group discussions, meditations, assessments, experiential learning and much more. All these form a part of the Corporate Presence training.

1. This involves the behind-the-scenes of every important presentation. The program is about learning the importance of planning, content strategy, and the platform to be used to communicate the message in the most effective manner.
2. The program focuses on the narrative forms to structure the presentation while using the right platform - slideshows, videos, charts, graphics, and more.
3. It helps a professional to understand the importance of knowing the audience while sharing complex ideas in an easy and engaging way.
4. This also allows professionals to take a closer look at their own public speaking skills and analyzing their strengths and areas of improvements.
5. The program also includes innovative methods to quickly storyboard ideas and deliver messages with the maximum impact.

Delivery

1. A professional learns many ways to contemplate about one’s own style of presentation and analyze the process for creating a ‘wow’ effect.
2. We coach important lessons that engage participants through a dynamic style of presentation which often has a persuasive approach - an important feature for most corporate presentations.
